Soy Sauce- Honey Stir-fried Vegetables
These stir-fried vegetables can be a perfect side dish for any summer meal. The combination of soy sauce and honey gives this dish an Asian flair.
For 4 servings you will need:
• 1 large sliced zucchini
• 1 sliced bell pepper
• 1 cup sliced carrots
• 1 large sliced onion
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro for garnish
Preheat Wok to high. Add olive oil and sliced vegetables. Cook it for about 4 minutes then add soy sauce, honey and cook for another 4 minutes until vegetables are done.
Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro and serve.
