Mini Yukon Golden Potatoes Crusted with Parmesan
My husband and my daughter are both a potatoes lovers. They like them mashed, baked, roasted, and fried. Knowing that they are ready to eat it almost every day I am trying to cook this family staple somewhat different and healthier. This is why when I saw this recipe I decided to give it a try . The smell when it was sitting in the oven was so incredible, that after I served them with our family’s favorite dipping sauce, it was the first dish that night to quickly disappear. These potatoes are so easy to make that you should give it a try and I believe that your family will love it too!
For about 4 servings you will need:
• 1 small bag of Gold Yukon mini potatoes cut into halves
• 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, I used shredded
• 1 stick of salted butter melted
• garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400F. Mix your melted butter with garlic powder. Dip each sliced part of the potato into melted butter and place it on the baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each potato then stick the baking sheet into the oven for about 30 minutes.
Serve them as an appetizers with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish.
