Juicy Chicken Cutlets
Sometimes I am just tired of simple chicken breast dishes and this cutlets are good substitute for those who like me sometimes have a feeling that chicken is boring. They are so easy and quick to make and they will be a great leftover for someone with kids to take it for them to lunch next day.
For 4 servings you will need:
• 3 chicken breasts
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of sour cream
• 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro or parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup of bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup of vegetable oil for frying
Chop your chicken breasts in very small pee size pieces. Place it into a mixing bowl and add egg, sour cream, flour, cilantro and salt and pepper.
Mix it all well.
Form cutlets into any size that you like and dip them into bread crumbs.
Meanwhile preheat the frying pan with oil. Fry cutlets on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reached 165F.
Serve chicken cutlets with my favorite Smoky and Sweet BBQ Sauce or any sauce that you like and corn on the cub and mashed potatoes.
