    Last night I made the Cuban Rum Flambe for my family and they LOVED it. I was surprised just how east it was to make as I followed your directions. While I did not have any Cuban Rum but I did have some Bacardi Black dark Run which worked great, if anything I will add a bit more Rum the next time I make this (and believe me I will make it again) because the Rum really adds a unique flavor and my children enjoyed seeing their dinner on fire.
