Fluffy Corn Soufflé
This recipe I found a long time ago on one of the many cooking sites. It is always a hit in any party or family gathering. It has the sweetness of corn and soufflés fluffiness. It can be a good addition to any holiday dinner or can also be served with Clean off the Bone Pork Ribs. This soufflé is so easy to make that even if do not have a cooking experience your family and friends will believe that you are a pro.
• 1 can cream corn
• 1 can of whole kernel sweet corn
• 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 butter stick melted
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sour cream
Preheat your oven to 350F. In large mixing bowl beat two eggs then add sour cream. melted butter and mix it well together.
Then add your corn muffin mix and salt then mix it again.
Add cream corn and whole kernel sweet corn, mix it again.
Grease baking dish, I use 8”x11” glass dish, and spoon batter into it.
Bake it for 45 minutes or until wooden stick comes out clean.
Cut warm souffle into squares and serve as a side dish! Enjoy!
