Easy to Make Turkey Alfredo
This recipe is great for using your leftover meat from Thanksgiving dinner or when you just have leftover turkey or chicken breast. It even goes well with any seafood that you have left from a previous night dinner. This recipe takes about 20 minutes to prepare, so easy to make and very hard to spoil.
For 4 servings you will need:
• 1 sliced turkey breast
• 2 cups cooked linguine pasta
• 1 ½ cup light whip cream
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
• Ground pepper
• 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
In the large skillet heat the cream, salt and pepper.
Cook it until it starts thickening, add Parmesan cheese, continue cooking until it melts and then add chopped parsley.
Put in cooked pasta and evenly cover it with the sauce.
Last add sliced turkey and let it heat through.Serve with toasted bread and Parmesan cheese
