    The recipe forgets to mention when to add the flour so I added mine before the blueberries. I used white whole wheat and a little wheat germ in place of all purpose. I creamed butter and sugar before eggs just because that’s what I’m used to and it seems easier. I used dried blueberries but they’re sweeter than fresh, next time I’d either use fresh or half the amount of dried blueberries. At first i was worried about how thick the batter was so I tested one first. The texture of the muffin was very moist and soft. Very yummy!
