Beef and Shrimp Hibachi with Butter and Garlic Sauce
We all have these days when we are very busy and need to fix something quickly for dinner, this where the Japanese Hibachi dinner is always handy. Hibachi is one of my dishes that I cook in one of this days. Do not worry if you do not have specially build Hibachi grill, this dish could be perfectly made on regular stove using good heated large skillet with thick bottom. For the whole moment when you start making it and finish in just 30 minutes and then you and your family can enjoy the beautiful and delicious dinner.
For 4-5 servings you will need:
• 1/2 pound of thinly sliced sirloin
• 1/2 pound large shrimp clean
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup sliced portabella
• 1 cup trimmed sugar peas
• 1 large carrot thin sliced
• 1 unsalted butter stick soften
• handful of fresh chopped parsley
• 2 garlic cloves minced
Heat large skillet until very hot. Mash butter with parsley and garlic until all ingredients are incorporated; it will smell fantastic!
Add this butter into skillet and let it melt then add your meat and shrimp.
Lightly cook your shrimp and meet for about 3-4 minutes letting the butter sauce to get into these ingredients.
Add vegetables and continue to cook until carrot gets a little soft, vegetables have to stay crunchy.
Add soy sauce and finish cooking for another 4 minutes.
It is done! Serve your Hibachi dinner with steamed or fried rice. Enjoy!
