Baked Omelette for Champions
I love Sunday’s morning as this is a great time for my family to come together for a scrumptious breakfast. Today is a great day for my family to go swimming. Weather is nice and it is promising to stay hot all day.
Swimming takes a lot of energy and our breakfast needs to be balanced and nutritious. Today I am going to share with you how to make this energy boosting breakfast. It is a Baked Omelette. This Omelette comes out very light, puffy and airy.
For 3 servings you will need:
• 3 large eggs
• ½ cup 2% milk
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ½ cup chopped ham
• 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
• ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 375 F. In the medium size mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper and mix it well until it bubbles.
Grease baking pan with butter
and spread evenly chopped ham.
Poor your eggs mixture on top of the ham and then sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese and green onions.
Stick it into the oven for 20-25 minutes then check it with a wooden stick. Your batter has to double in size.
Serve immediately with pancakes or fresh toast.
Now we can enjoy our day at the beach!
